1. Technical Mechanics & Content Storage Notice

• No File Storage: ToolRanker does NOT host, archive, index, or maintain user-uploaded documents, images, or PDFs on its web servers. All tool transformations execute locally inside the user's browser sandbox.
• No Public Content Hosting: Files processed through our tools are never published, shared, or made publicly accessible to third parties on our site.

2. Filing a Formal DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any graphic, text article, icon asset, or content displayed on ToolRanker infringes upon your copyright, you or your authorized legal representative may submit a formal written DMCA Takedown Request.

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice MUST include the following details:

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you submitted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may file a written Counter-Notification containing your contact details, signature, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and consent to local jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
